Theodora became a trustee of the Thomas Wall Trust in July 2019. She started in the teaching profession in 1978 and for the last 15 years has been a Headteacher in a state-funded girls’ secondary school. She taught in and did advisory work for the London Borough of Brent for 25 years, with her main teaching subjects being English and Drama before moving to Headship in Hertfordshire. She is presently Honorary Secretary on ASCL (Association of School and College Leaders) Council and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She has a particular interest in Curriculum (which was the focus for her MA) and exploring curriculum models that enable all young people to develop the skills they will need for employment and secure futures
In her spare time (!), she enjoys reading, keeping fit and working as a volunteer steward at Shakespeare’s Globe on Bankside.
